Session lengths and fees

• Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £75
• EMDR sessions may require extra time for processing, and duration and fees can be negotiated based on scheduling and financial limitations);
  • (i.e. 60 minutes = £90; 70 minutes = £105; 80 minutes = £120; 90 minutes = £135)

Sessions are usually set up on a weekly basis on the same day and time, however flexible options can be discussed.

Sessions are available Monday-Friday. Please get in touch to ask about current availability.
