Taking the first step towards therapy can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been managing things on your own for a long time.

For some, past experiences continue to have an impact in the present, showing up as anxiety, low mood, or feeling disconnected.

I offer integrative counselling for adults and young people experiencing a range of issues and challenges, including anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, toxic shame and relationship difficulties, both in-person and online.

How I can help

I offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on for you — and gently work towards change.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different types of therapy depending on your needs, including:

  • Person-centred therapy to create a safe space to talk
  • Psychodynamic & attachment-informed for exploring a deeper understanding
  • EMDR therapy for processing trauma
  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) for exploring emotions and internal conflicts
  • Practical tools (drawing from CBT, ACT an DBT)

I embrace difference and try to make my practice as accessible and inclusive as I can for people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, identities, sexualities, and across the full range of neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD).

I am deeply invested in providing thoughtful, high-quality care. Alongside our sessions, I continually invest in further training, supervision, and professional development to ensure my work remains informed, reflective, and tailored to each individual.

Therapy with me is not limited to the session itself — it also includes the time, care, and consideration I give to reflecting on our work, researching or developing personalised resources, and signposting additional support where helpful.

I strongly believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach — we’ll work together to find what works for you.

About me

I’m an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, with a background in education.

I work with adults and young people who are navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems and emotional difficulties. I offer a compassionate, thoughtful space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface through a process of inviting emotions, discovering meanings and exploring potential for change. We will work together to uncover what is holding you back and find new ways forwards that empower you in making choices in line with your personal values so you can live a more fulfilling life.
